I've not received a verification email for MyVideoly, what can I do?

In case you've not received your verification email and are unable to log into MyVideoly, please try one of the following:

  • Refresh your mail client - occasionally you have to manually refresh your browser/mail client in order for new emails to appear.
  • Spam or junk folder - verification emails may be mistaken as spam by your mail client. Your ISP or corporate domain may be configured to deliver commercial mail to this folder by default. 
  • Promotions, social and other tabs - be sure to check the different tabs of your mail client. For example, Gmail automatically sorts emails into different tabs such as social, forums, promotions, etc.
  • Add support@videoly.co to your email contact list. That way, all messages from this address will be placed in your main inbox.
